From the view of the observer the three animals (a rat, a mouse and a rabbit) are plugged into the multi-meter, measuring the brain of the creatures, each seen as a lesser of the other. However, the animals are now classified as sister groups Rodentia (Mice and Rats) and Lagomorpha (Rabbits) forming the clade of glires. They become three versions of the same.
